• Responsible to publish the monthly newsletter.
• Responsible to maintain and update website.
• Responsible for the bookstore and library, focus on motivating reading habits.
• Promote the Spiritism's Doctrine via other medias, such as videos, audios, etc.
• Promote the events along with the Event Department.
